We roast our coffee over open flame on the Wild West coast of the South Island of New Zealand. This coffee packs a flavourful punch, perfect espresso as well as a really nice plunger coffee. Great extraction with nice crema from my machine, well rounded deep flavours with no bitterness. Would be the nicest coffee I have tried in over 30 years of my little addiction!
